Terms of the return and exchange of goods

Product returns will be allowed (in accordance with the law) up to 14 days from the date of purchase with the original purchase invoice only, with the product closed in its original packaging and not used.

Any transaction can be canceled within 14 days of the order, as long as the order has not been shipped to the customer. If the order is shipped to the customer, the customer will only be charged a shipping fee of NIS 40, provided that he did not collect the order.

Any customer who collected the product and requested to cancel the transaction will be required to pay the specified shipping fees to the above it and will be required to send the package to the company address on his account if it is only a plastic part. Any request for return / replacement / mechanical / electrical part collected by the customer whether in shipment or in one The branches will be charged with a laboratory inspection of the part which will guarantee the full integrity of NIS 99 including VAT in addition to the shipping and return cost which the customer will bear. In addition, the company may compensate the customer with the credit in lieu of restoring his money, in accordance with the return of products subject to the Consumer Protection Law.

In the following cases, no cancellation will be received and no money will be returned to the customer:

Electric part non refundable or credit.

1. The customer decided to cancel the transaction after 14 days from the date of order.

2. The customer has requested to cancel the deal within the 14 day period available to him but the product / goods is not in his condition as he has come out of our company (broken, cracked, scratched or used).

A product that comes in contact with water, the customer will not be able to earn or receive his money back.

3. Return of the product is the responsibility of the customer and will be made up to 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be returned to its original condition without scratches / defects and in its original packaging.

In return for the product, the customer will receive an equivalent credit or refund in accordance with the law.

No return of finished products and / or any other electrical equipment removed from its original packaging and operated.

There is no return of products that have been specially ordered from abroad and / or made a unique change, according to customer order.

In case of cancellation of a transaction, the customer will be charged 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100 (lower) + VAT and expenses.

A defective product can be returned in accordance with the law.

4. The customer will place the order on his own responsibility and there is no warranty on the parts purchased on the site.
